Candy and preserve citrus
Citrus ripens in California from January through April. We use the slow time on the farm to make preserves and candied citrus that we enjoy all year long.
Order seeds and supplies for spring gardens
Potting soil, trays, plant labels and sharpies (we call them pop cycle sticks).
Bare root tree planting
Plant deciduous trees including nut, fruit and fodder trees for goat food. Grape vines can also go in at this time.
