Ma’alot Farms is cultivating a healthier world through sustainable farming, regenerative practices and community-centered food systems. We would love for you to be a part of our community and our farm. Membership is a way to connect, learn and support our community-centered food system.
Some of the exciting benefits of membership:
- Access to exclusive member’s only events.
- Opportunities for members only u-pick days. Bring your family to the farm to collect whatever is in season. Leave some for us to share with our donation partners and take some home for you, your family and friends.
- Free entry to our Family Farm Fall Festival. Tour the farm, pet the goats, hang out in our tree nets and try some of our homemade treats.
- Semi-annual boxes with fresh and preserved items from the farm including fresh fruit or vegetables, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, preserves, fresh cheese, etc. Available for pickup at the Farm Festival and in May.
- 10% off of merchandise, classes, workshops and/or tours
- A majority of the membership cost is a tax-deductible donation that directly supports our work.
Ma’alot Farms Yearly Membership Plans
Harvest Helper Single Membership - $90/year
Includes a tax-deductible donation of $60.
- Membership for one adult.
- Free admission to a group tour of your choice.
- Free entry for one adult to the Fall Festival.
- Special invitation to members only events.
- Priority registration for Farm Events.
- 10% discount on merchandise, classes, and workshops.
Harvest Helper Family Membership - $180/year
Includes a tax-deductible donation of $135.
- Membership for two adults and unlimited children (under 18) who live with you.
- Free admission to a group tour of your choice.
- Free entry to the Fall Festival
- Special invitation to members only events.
- Priority registration for Farm Events.
- 10% discount on merchandise, classes, and workshops.
Homesteader Family Membership - $360/year
Includes a tax-deductible donation of $288.
All the benefits of the Harvest Helper Membership plus:
- Member’s only u-pick opportunities at the farm!
- Semi-annual boxes with fresh and preserved items from the farm including fresh fruit or vegetables, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, preserves, fresh cheese, etc. Available for pickup at the Farm Festival and in May.
Planters with a Purpose Membership - $1000/year
Includes a tax-deductible donation of $800.
All the benefits of the Harvest Helper Membership plus:
- Member’s only u=pick opportunities at the farm!
- Premium version of our semi-annual boxes with fresh and preserved items from the farm including fresh fruit or vegetables, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, preserves, fresh cheese, etc. Available for pickup at the Farm Festival and in May.
- Private tour of Ma’alot Farms including a farm fresh picnic and cider for up to 6 people.
Sustaining Memberships
Generous gifts at these higher levels allow us to sustainably continue all the growing, community building, and programing here at the farm.
These memberships offer all the perks of the Planters with a Purpose Membership as well as some exclusive unique bonus experiences.
Sustaining Roots Membership - $1800/year
Includes a tax-deductible donation of $1440.
All of the benefits of the Planters with a Purpose Membership Plus:
- Opportunity to host a private campfire experience for up to 10 people at Ma’alot Farms including a campfire, hot cider, and a homemade gourmet s’mores bar.
Sustainable Seeds Membership - $3600/year
Includes a tax-deductible donation of $2880.
All of the benefits of the Planters with a Purpose Membership Plus:
- Private tree net experience for up to 10 people. Relax in the canopy of the oak forest overlooking the Almaden valley in our unique tree net. Farm snacks and beverages round out the experience.
Grower's Circle Membership - $5000/year
Includes a tax-deductible donation of $4000.

- Opportunity to host a private cooking class or farm workshop for up to 10 people.
Nature's Nurturers Membership - $10,000/year
Includes a tax-deductible donation of $8000.
